2、 Production process (raw materials → powder)

Raw materials: high-purity wood pulp/cotton pulp

Acetylation: Acetic anhydride+acetic acid+sulfuric acid catalyst → Cellulose triacetate

Hydrolysis: Control hydrolysis → Cellulose Diacetate (DS 2.2~2.5)

Sedimentation, washing, drying

Crushing/Grading: 50-400 μ m powder (preferably 250-280 μ m for sheet grade)

Low viscosity (LVI): Spinning (smoke bundle)

Medium/high viscosity (TX, NC, CA-398-30, etc.) → Board specific

High viscosity → higher strength, toughness, and transparency of the board

Combined with acetic acid: 54.5~55.5% (2CA standard)

Moisture content: ≤ 2-3% (stable during processing)

Ash content, iron, impurities: extremely low (ensuring transparency and absence of crystal points)

Thermal stability: less prone to yellowing during processing
